The Pool Board Officers look forward to this year’s pool season.

The pool will open on April 5th. Daily hours remain 10AM - 10PM through season closing on October 15th. You should have received your annual invoice, along with a printed version of this announcement along with a contact update form (if required).

In preparation for opening, you're invited to the Members Meeting on March 30th @ 4pm, at the pool. At this meeting we’ll voice vote to approve the 2025 Pool Board Officers, the current year’s budget and any plans for the upcoming seasons.

Please make sure you familiarize yourself with all parts of this website.

In particular from the website please familiarize yourself with Pool Rules. As well as how to book Pool Parties via Calendly.

Parties reserve only the covered patio area. The pool and lawn area remain open to all Members during any party event. Members can schedule one of the 2 party time windows available per day.

Lastly, we are forecasting a need for two big items in 2026:

1.) A Fee Increase per household. Our last dues increase was 2017. We continue to run a clean balance sheet but with recent increases in several immovable costs, this year will remain, next year we’ll increase fees based on actuals through the 2025 season.

2.) New Board members. The Club runs because of neighbors who care. We’ll install the 2025 board as planned but should look to cycle in new neighbors with new ideas. If you’re willing to participate as a “Board Observer” please attend on the 30th.

Members, The Pool Board Officers and I look forward to this year’s pool season!

You're invited to the Members Meeting April 2 at 7PM. At this meeting we voice vote approve the 2023 Pool Board Officers and the current year’s budget.

Carl Werner has decided to retire from the Accounts Receivable position he has held. Volunteering in his place, please welcome Karen Lai.

The pool will open one week earlier this year on Saturday, April 8th. To account for families celebrating Spring Break with a staycation. Daily hours remain 10AM-10PM through season closing on October 15th.

As with last season, Calendly will give Members access to schedule parties. Parties reserve only the covered patio area. The pool and lawn area remain open to all Members during any party event. Members can schedule one of the 2 party time windows available per day.

Strathmore Swim Club Members, Owners and Renters,

Due to County and State restrictions, pool access will be scheduled by the same appointment system that was in place during 2020.

Strathmore Pool access for 2021 will require:

1. Members make a one-hour reservation on the Strathmore Pool Website
   www.strathmorepoolclub.com (via the Reservation Form page).
2. Only single Household reservations with a maximum of 5 persons are allowed at the pool at any time.
3. A household can make up to (3) reservations per [Monday - Sunday] week.
4. Only one booking allowed per day.
5. Face masks are always required when not swimming
6. The restrooms and showers will be closed until further notice.

The Pool Board will review reservations and audit activity usage as necessary to remain compliant with County and State regulations as well as fair usage across the Members. The Board will ease access restrictions as soon as permitted.
